Hoshang Kolivand received his MS degree in applied mathematics and computer from Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran, in 1999, and his PhD from Media and Games Innovation Centre of Excellence (MaGIC-X) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2013. He has completed his Post Doctoral in Augmented Reality in UTM. Previously he worked as a lecturer in Shahid Beheshti University, Iran and then as a Senior Lecturer in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Currently he is a Senior Lecturer in Liverpool John Moores University. He has published numerous articles in international journals, conference proceedings and technical papers, including chapters in books. He is an active reviewer of many conferences and international journals. He has also published many books in object-oriented programming and mathematics. His research interests include Computer Graphics, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.

Josep M Bergada completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 1996 at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya UPC-Spain, from the year 2000 to 2010 collaborated with Cardiff University UK, in evaluating the performance of piston pumps and valves, both used in the fluid power sector. From the year 2010 to 2014, he developed part of his research activities at TU-Berlin where he studied active flow control devices like fluidic actuators and synthetic jets. At the present, his research is related to Active Flow Control and his academic activities are based on lecturing Fluid Mechanics I and II at UPC. He has 26 years’ experience of lecturing at UPC. He published 12 papers at SCI journals, over 45 papers in conferences and two main books on Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Power. He is member of the editorial board of an SCI Journal

I joined Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) at Carleton University in Sept. 1987 where I have been involved in teaching and research for the last 25 years. At Carleton University, I have served in different capacities such as the Associate Chair for Graduate Studies in the Department of MAE, Director of Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Associate Dean for Research in the Faculty of Engineering and Design. My main research contributions have been in the areas of stability of non-conservative systems, structural dynamics and control and structural mechanics. Both my professional and academic carriers span close to 40 years of service as a consultant to industry and as a teacher and researcher in academia in United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

Mahmut Eksioglu is currently a Professor of Industrial Engineering and Director of Ergonomics Laboratory at Bogaziçi University. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering and MS degrees in Industrial and Aerospace Engineering all in the US and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in Turkey. His area of expertise is in Ergonomics/Human Factors Engineering and he has been working in this area since 1992 as an Instructor, Researcher and Consultant both in the US and Turkey. He published over 70 articles in SCI journals and conference proceedings as well as several book chapters and developed an ergonomics assessment tool. He is also the inventor of the patented. Dr. Onder Turan received his BSc., MSc. and Ph.D in 1998, 2000 and 2007 respectively from Anadolu University. He became an Associate Professor of Anadolu University in 2013. He is an active teacher and researcher in sustainable energy, the environmental impact of industrial/aero systems, aero-engines, cogeneration systems, aircraft propulsion, exergy, thermodynamics, gas turbines and ecology technology. He has published more than 100 journal and conference papers in the above fields. Norazura Muhamad Bunnori (PhD) has been involved in Acoustic Emission (AE)technique since 2004 while she was pursuing her PhD study at Cardiff University, Wales, UK. She was graduated from Cardiff University in 2008 and continues with the AE research area in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. Currently she is working as a Senior Lecturer at School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) since 2009. The research covered several topics of AE applications and analysis (quantitative and qualitive). The aim is to continue the AE study especially in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) research area and to discover more in this potential area. The passion towards AE is deep and she believes that there are a great number of information can be studied and discovered with this tool.

Dr. Tanzila Saba received her PhD degree in Document’s Information Security and Management from Faculty of Computing Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2012 and won the best student award in the Faculty of Computing UTM 2012. She received the Unesco, TWAS and HEC scholarships for outstanding research output. Currently, she is serving as an IS Associate Chair.in College of Computer and Information Sciences Prince Sultan University. Her focused research area is Machine Learning including health informatics, text mining, forensic documents analysis & security. She has published more than 100 research articles and around 90 research papers are Scopus/ISI/SCIE indexed. Due to her excellent research achievement, she is included in Marquis Who’s Who 2012. She has been awarded the Outstanding Research Recognition award consecutively for 2014, 2015 & 2016 in Prince Sultan University. Dr.Tanzila is the leader of Machine Learning Research Group at Prince Sultan University.
BARBARA TCHORZEWSKA CIESLAK

She graduated from the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Rzeszów University of Technology in the field of Environmental Engineering. He was awarded the degree of doctor of technical sciences in the field of Environmental Engineering in 2002 at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology. She received the postdoctoral degree in the field of environmental engineering (specialty of water supply and sewage system) in 2012 at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Wroclaw University of Technology. Scientific interests: dr hab. Eng. B. Tchorzewska-Cieslak address issues related to broadly understood safety in water management, including methods of analysis, assessment and management of water supply shortage risk. He is the author and co-author of 5 scientific monographs, over 150 scientific publications on national and international scale. Dr hab. Eng. Barbara Tchórzewska-Cieslak is the author of the academic textbook and co-author of two scripts, including one published in English.

Samir Ladaci received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from the Polytechnic School of Algiers in 1995 and the Magister degree in Industrial Automation from Annaba University, Algeria in 1999. He received his Ph.D. and HDR degree (Habilitation à diriger les Recherches) from the department of Electronics, Mentouri University of Constantine, Algeria in 2007 and 2009 respectively. From 2001 to 2013, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Skikda University, Algeria. Since December 2013, he joined the National Polytechnic School of Constantine, Algeria where he is a full Professor. His current research interests include Fractional order Control, Adaptive Control, Robust Control, System Identification, Fractional order nonlinear systems and control.
